I've been here many times in my life so I feel like I understand it pretty well. I don't want to name anyone in particular, but there are some that seem to not care about customer service at all. Maybe they're depressed I don't know, but I always try to act nice when I'm in there. But really it's not a nice experience when I'm waiting to be served and you're doing something with your mobile phone. Even when I've given over a package for you to check the address, you continue to text whatever. Then it seems like I'm giving you so much bother when I ask for different prices for sending. You tell me "oh I have to start all over again" (referring to the computer). Really? Well start over then, I just want to know some prices, it's literally your job to advise me. Don't make it seem like I'm giving you so much work to do, when I'm really just asking simple price enquiries. Fortunately there are friendly and helpful people there too, otherwise I'd give 1 star.

Worst Post Office ever. The so-called "manager" has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. Currently being pushed back and forth to Royal Mail because 3 parcels went "missing" somewhere, and they still don't take any responsibility, or have a direct line to talk with Royal Mail, everything falls into customer to try to find his own mail? What a huge pile of nonsense.

Put the wrong address (fault on my part) but they weren’t interested although the parcel was still in their possession and were too lazy to search for it and told me to leave even though that meant that I wouldn’t get my parcel back
