Never had any bother with the helpful staff here. few times had to wait longer than i would of liked due to ebay piles of packets being sent by one person which occurs quite often. Very happy its there though.

Friendly efficient staff but if the woman at the shop counter tries to get you out the queue saying she can help then ignore coz she doesn't know what she's doing & you just lose your place & have to queue again anyway.. leave the p.o job to the proper staff

Gave my partner a counterfeit £20 then denied knowledge and called her a liar. Very rude and aggressive staff. Would not use again!
