Absolutely abysmal service. I just moved to this area and had issues with my deliveries ever since. One time the mailman threw the package through the window, even though it was a fragile electronic. Most of the times they deliver to the wrong address, so I have to spend loads of time tracking down the package. How about you hire people who are literate? So they could actually read an address.

The staff is very useless, I just visited today, I was waiting outside for 15 min, there were inside 4 costumers, when 2 of them came out I went inside, and the worker man of post office said to me only 2 people are alout inside. I was wearing a mask too. Why they alout 4 people, What kind of post office is? Is it private post office to alout only the people who are friends and relatives to them. It is their mistake i didn't receive the post, Useless staff It is shame on them.

Here are the latest opening hours as of 16th of November . Please check on the Royal Mail website too. You can request a free redelivery online or by phone. Please remember to take ID when collecting your items. Please note you can collect your items the day after you get the red missed delivery card.

I would give 0 stars if I could.. I posted an item to Oxon on the 23rd November but it arrived at my buyers address on the 12th December.. I dropped off my parcel to Mayura Foods and it should have been delivered in a week or so but it took around 3 weeks.. This is absolutely rubbish service from Royal Mail... at one point, they used to be good but in the last year or so - they have declined sharply.. Don’t use Royal Mail

Don't go here they lose you parcels. They've lost my parcels more than once know. I'm absolutely fed up I am probably going to use Hermes or TNT know.
