Everything is wrong about this post office, lost deep inside a WHSmith, understaffed, no drop off counter for prepaid items so you need to queue regardless, most of the staff is horrible, particularly the cowboy named “P S Rai“ who is very loud and very rude with customers. To avoid at all costs
Honestly, the most hideous set up for a post office. I feel sorry for the staff. Post Office should provide better conditions than just cramming them into a corner of WH SMITHS.
I have been a regular customer being my local post office for years the service has been pathetic, with poor service and staff attitude since there is a new management, I have noticed the improvement in the standards of this post office. Hope it will get better day by day.
Very poor service. It is less staffed and There is always a very long queue and long long wait ! Horrible experience always.
