Would give zero stars if I could, very rude customer service they never want to scan prepaid parcels, this is the 3rd time I’ve used them, I bought in a pre paid small parcel weighing less than 1 kg I had paid for 2kg more weight than I should have I was told that I hadn’t put the correct weight on and I should have just bought the parcel in and they would charge me, it’s always the same yet other local post offices never seem to have that problem, I won’t use them again very, very bad service, shop is very grubby looking

Closed 7 pm instead of 8 pm, on their website it says closes 8 pm.

Since under new management the post office is much better from a local point of view. I stick to the post office opening times and I get smooth service.

It was fantastic and good looking before but now very dirty and noisy indeed . I think the authorities should do something about it please , especially , the Post Office areas !
