The guy who was in the shop counter was really rude. There was the long queue everyone was maintaining social distance but that guy asked me to stand outside I thought it's OK and I stood outside but he came and start saying he is mean to say more outside and start bluffing. Before me and when I was coming back people were standing in same way like me and he didn't say anything to them. However the man who served me in the post office counter was really helpful.

Poor level of customer services from the older guy. Argumentative and rude. Young guy is fine. Warning they do NOT accept ParcelForce packages even though it says on the Royal Website as a drop off point. They said it is a mistake apparently. Better report to Royal mail about this. Post office should do an audit and also send mystery shopper to check the level of service as sometimes they issue receipt and sometimes they don't.

Always very helpful staff. There is an off-licence shop inside the post office convenient for anyone who wants to buy something while waiting at post office. It has 2 counters and there always a kind lady ready to serve you with smile and politeness.

Tried calling this post office today regarding a query on a parcel that was taken to this particular post office! The lady who answered the phone ended the phone call without even listening to the query; to me this is rude and a sign of incompetence and very unprofessional! A parcel was taken to this post office from parcelforce; however the customer is stating it is not there I’m now wondering with the way the post office representative dealt with me this morning; if she was in-fact misleading the customer and causing issues

Very unhappy, they lost a parcel with tracking in there. Very unhelpful staff and unprofessional it wouldn't surprise me if somebody working in there stole it. I have made a complaint but I doubt nothing will become of it. Don't use this post office.
