This post office has been the only one in the area to be open every day during the pandemic. I post many items a week and they are very quick to do them. The waiting time is not long either during this Covid 19 time. Would thoroughly recommend

The site says that they are open from 08.15 to 19.30 and the shutter is closed at 18.40? That’s not on, please update your timing because it’s Inconvenient. Some of us have common sense and look at the website or google to manage our timing to get to the shop. Look I understand that if there can be a typo for the closing time to be at 18.30 instead of 19.30 but I had to leave work early to collect my parcel just to find out there closed... honestly disappointed.

Been a customer for over 10 years and the management change is no less than a miracle. Old people were fine but the gentleman was always hard to deal with. He barely spoke back then and he barely speaks even now. The new manager is almost as terrible as the other guy but 2 people who are always pleasant to me and my family are the European girl and tall Pakistani guy. Mainly the Pakistani guy is probably the best sales guy I have ever seen. He always greets not just me but any customer while I am there and his approach is so down to earth. I recommended that place to others not only because they are quick at serving but also because the guy has actually impressed them as well. Not sure if they are related to each other but they should learn from that guy, he is probably the reason so many people go back to that place. Overall things have improved but a few more changes will be appreciated.

Excellent service 5/5. Very quick service, don't have to stand in the queue for too long. Staff are always very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend.
