Decent sized shop, has a great range of products. Every community should have a post office.
Terrible customer service. The shorter guy with glasses behind the PO counter and who is on the main till at nights is disgraceful. He is rude and arrogant. He then talks in his home language about you as you're at the counter. He mishandles parcels with no care in the world of its contents. He argues with you about prepaid items and the size of your items even though they're always 100% correct and in the limit of RM. Their PO license should be revoked.
Usually quieter here than the one in Barkingside. Can be a relatively quick visit which is a massive plus for me.
Aggressive customer service. Lied about not having a parcel! And was complaining that I had used the click and collect service - clearly he is in the wrong field. Muttered under his breath too. Complete joke.
