Just the worst. Rude and unhelpful. Everything you read about them is spot on. The one in Wennington is much better.
So so rude! Never going in here again. Refused to serve a customer because he was having a cigarette outside. When he finally came in, he told the elderly lady she had missed the post office cut off time. This was completely because of him. He is ALWAYS rude. Had enough. Not returning.
Absolutely dreadful service. Jumped up arrogant member of staff looking for a row. Arguing with me about the fact that the name on the parcel was Tasha and I had ID for Natasha.
Was extremely rude blaming me for a parcel that I obviously didn't send. No wonder they've got such dreadful reviews. The guy obviously needs some customer service training before someone fills him in.
Won't be going back.

I've been coming to this post office for the past 10 years and they provide an excellent service. The staff are quick and assertive. I visit almost every day at different times of the day and I've never had any issues. Great customer service, very friendly and an overall good experience every time.
