This a popular and busy post office. Considering they have have had to cut staff I think they do as well as they possibly can. The staff are polite and helpful even though they are stretched.

Service today was absolutely appalling....no direction on how and where to queue. Two queues formed stood for over 20 minutes whilst no one acknowledged or served. People tried to muddle through the self service and then requiring help other customers were helping other customers. Finally someone serving at till 2 people pushing in. When I got there and mentioned the wait no apology given. Will not bother again as that was my lunch hour taken up.

My overall opinion of this place is poor. It states online it is open on Sunday 11am-3pm when it is closed and no signage on the building stating opening times. There seems to be more staff when it is quiet and next to no staff at peak times e.g. lunchtime.

This is hands down the worst post office. Staff are rude and every time I post something here it doesn’t ever seem to reach the recipient even when using a signed for service. So disappointing!!!

This is possibly the worst Post officr in all of UK. I had to collect my BRP from here once and the lady behind the desk was the rudest person I have ever met. I vowed I will never go back there. Unfortunately I forgot about my experience there and went yesterday to post somethings, again tobmy luck it was the same lady and she comepletely made my whole experience horrible again. She has this racist behavior towards indian/Pakistani/Bangladeshi people. I think the royal mail should consider investigating this post office, a lot of customers seem to be complaining, its not a free service and whoever is sitting at the till and working represents the royal mail. Anyways for now, I would suggest, delivering your own mail by foot to the reciepient, or using another post office, rather than using this post office.
