Customer service is disgraceful. Today I was outside the Post Office at 11:40 and the sign on the door said lunch break 12 to 1 pm. The door was closed so I waited a few minutes and a person came out. As I moved to go in a very rude woman, staff member, told me it was lunchtime and they were closed at 12. I pointed out that there was still 15 minutes to go and she very abruptly said there are 4 people in the shop and started to shut the door in my face as I was asking her what time they closed at the end of the day. As she was doing that a male member of staff came up behind her and shouted at me saying what’s your problem. I started to explain I had a parcel to post and was just asking what time they closed and he said ‘we’re closed’ and shut the door in my face. Both staff members were rude and aggressive. I then went to Potters Bar Post Office where the lady was on her own. Waited for 20 minutes in the queue and she was extremely helpful, very efficient looked after me extremely well and with a cheery smile. Never will I go back to to Barnet Post Office.

Was encountered by a very rude & unprofessional staff at counter no. 8 this morning (5/12/20) at Barnet post office. Firstly, I've got told off by merely asking her 2 questions in one go as she was shouting loud and insulting me like I had committed a crime. (I apologised for the sake of just wanting this to settle ASAP). (She also didn't pay much attention dealing with me as she was constantly talking to her colleague.) Plus, she kept repeatedly warning me of the disadvantages by not paying more on the postage as she said it to me twice for every letter I posted. She also accused me didn't pay for the post pack which I had already paid for it. She is definitely the rudest staff I've come across & I wonder how many customers she had bullied during the year!

Nothing to complain, but it is the most rude male staff behind the counter I've ever met, very luck.
