The whole country is trying to make things work out under Covid and Royal mail is working understaffed 7-9am no Wednesday.
I really hope Amazon takes over guys as customer service is really slow and poor.
I have just had a female postie, probably from this sorting office, try to fit an oversized book (Christmas gift) parcel through a letterbox here. She was on the point of damaging my property in the process of her bodged / forced attempted delivery. When I pushed the parcel back out and opened the door I said that it had been ordered with the advisory note "DO NOT TRY TO FIT THROUGH THE LETTERBOX!" on the label. She just said "if it goes through then we deliver it!". Your staff should NOT be using un-natural force to shove a parcel through a letterbox whole which it clearly does NOT fit through and risk causing damage to customers property! Thick as...

Theifs and they do open your mail in particular the manager Gary report them to customer service as it's a criminal offence the area manager will look at the CCTV
Never had any issues with staff/ collecting
