Extremely rude and out of order Asian couple. I have been going there a few times as it's next to my place of work, never really had much to say as it's always been online shopping I was returning. This time I returned an item and was told I needed some code in order to return it (she did say what the code name was but I had no clue what she was talking about) i proceeded to explain that i done the return online with the company then chose what post office i would be sending it through and it stated i would not need to print off a returns label. The female (as she never acted like a lady or a woman) got frustrated started speaking in her language to her partner then he said he was not going to waste his time talking to me and proceeded to serve the customer behind me. I have no idea how these people have been able to talk to customers so rudely and get away with it. This will not be my last trip there I just know how to adjust myself in future with them.

Very rude staff. I really thought that it was just my own bad luck time after time until I heard other people were having the same experience. It is so unnecessary to treat customers in this way. I try not to go in unless it’s really necessary and to go to the PO in Whetstone where the staff are very polite and respect their customers and value their custom.

LADY WAS REALLY RUDE. FRUSTRATING. When I give my parcel, I said they solved my transaction at the souhgate post office and she replied that she said then go there. Post office must close this post office or they need to change stuff. EXTRAMLY AFRAID.

I've used this post office many times. The staff are very abrupt and rude, but I have ignored that till today as I have never had any issues. Today, I posted a parcel, asked for a Certificate of Posting. When I got home, I noticed the postcode was input incorrectly on my receipt. So I called them up and calmly explained what had happened, the man started shouting at me straight away. I will go elsewhere now, they are just downright rude.

It's really a zero star. I thought it was just me as I came here to read others reviews to see so many others have had problems at his post office. The big lady that is a regular is so rude. I still go there because its local but always dread it. I try my best in advance to get all in order so I do not have to speak or look at her. But she still snatches letters off my hand. I will be complaining to head office as they really do need a crash course on customer service.
