The staff is the post office are rude and disgraceful. Especially the guy at the back who deals with all the packages. He is rude, tries to con money out of you and unhelpful. DO NOT USE THE POST OFFICE, they are the worst and can not be trusted

One of the worst post offices I have ever been. The biggest issue is the staff that works there. They all are extremely rude and make you feel uncomfortable! Plus, in my case they did a mistake and then they started saying I was the one who did in a really impolite way! Which is really bizarre if you think that they are the professional ones who should guide you. All in all, if I had the chance I would never go back there again.

This post office is incredible, i've never been to a post office that fails to verify documents. It really shouldn't be so difficult to stamp and sign a copy. I gave them three copies of three different bank statements that should cost £12.75. The guy stamped one bank statement and then another TWICE (front and back). He didn't stamp the third because it was a 'new document'. When I pointed it out that he infact stamped the second statement twice, he said he had to and it counts as a new document. Even though its the same statement... He refused to give us a refund, and insisted we paid again. Luckily for me, I am moving back to my family house so I don't have to deal with these guys for much longer.

The staff are incredibly rude, unhelpful and so condescending. I avoid it at cost now and travel a little bit to another one.

This post office is really horrible and miserable because the people who work there are able to do their job I hope the post office will take action on all this now I went to the post office of st albans and they solved me the problem
