I have never been served like this before, this is a VERY BAD service post office, ex specially the slim old guy with glasses , unhelpful went you ask “ may I have some coin change ” seem like you have to begging him for doing this service , his face showed cold & sour , I can feel him my service is like this SO WHAT, hello MR if you really unhappy working on this job , what’s the point still have to carry on doing it upset all the customers and also during this pandemic time so many people lost their job , go and retire give some one a chance PLEASE, I think you should consider to have a happy life in your way . Let someone who really work hard to take over this job , and pharmacy owner pls think about this , you should have a good name on this shop right .

Extremely rude person behind the desk. Bought postage online to take a QR code in (which, as it happens, is only accepted at Royal Mail depo - ok my bad). However he was extremely unhelpful, simply said step aside I need to serve other customers. I asked what can I do send here now, and get this resolved. Simply shrugged "don't care - step aside", at no point gave me customer assistance to find a resolution. However I was in the queue for a long time, where he seemed to be taking a very long time to do a simple task, with many customers looking around with sighs and eyebrows raised. I recommend avoiding at all cost.

The guy working in customer services in the post office is extremely rude and patronizing. He also raised his voice and got frustrated because my parcel wasn't heavy but too large to fit his scale. Absolutely unacceptable and confused by his behavior. Refused to give me his name but finally got it: ASHOK. The Post office should really keep an eye on what is happening in their branches.

This used to be the only post office I used to go to due to friendly faces, polite staff and helpful. The pharmacy staff are always wonderful and smiling, however the actual post office staff, oh my. Think they have salt in their coffee each morning! So sour and bitter every time I visit. Unfortunately I won’t be visiting this brand for the post office use anymore
