I understand that a certain lady is a bit grumpy, but a certain man looks like really enjoy his job. Interesting that I was offered different postal service by these two persons at different time. Not a perfect service but got my need fulfilled in a timely manner by both. Also, I am a fan of stationery so I love what they got in the shop. One grumpy officer won't let me give this place only one star.

I now understand why so many people complain about this particular post office. A few minutes ago I paid a visit to drop off some parcels as I was nearby. Only one word can describe the staff: RUDE. The couple ahead of me complained about the South Asian lady at the counter so I thought I would be better of with the old White gent in the next counter. How wrong was I! He was absolutely 100% rude, muttering under his breath the whole time and completely not helpful. In a low voice I firmly but politely pointed out he didn’t need to be rude to me but his only response was “I’m tired!”

bigger post office had better service. now that the post office is in a smaller building it is very slow service

Since they move place all the staff is miserable and be aware if you choose to your parcel to be re-direct there if is big they will refuse and send back and not say anything.
