Never again, dont go there with an ebay item with your label printed from home, she will make any excuse to refuse it. Rude and miserable people!!

I just posted a letter, gave £10 banknote and got change short of £5. The lady told me I gave her a fiver and that she did not have any tenner in the box. Perhaps because is 30C today and she is a bit dehydrated? How can you prove her wrong? As a neighbour of 15 years I'm in shock.

This is a serious health warning for anyone using the post office at the moment. I went in yesterday and the lady at the till was continuously coughing without covering her mouth or a face mask. She is usually quite pleasant but had a dreadful look in her eyes this time. I'd steer clear of the place until face masks are enforced. (24th July) Good luck and stay safe & healthy.
