Wasted my time by telling me they do not provide a service even though they do (I later called customer services to find out which branch provides the service I was after and they confirmed Edgware does indeed provide the service I was after!).
The lady who served me must have been in a grumpy mood to fob me off the way she did. Unacceptable. I had a pretty long drive to use this post office too. Can't express how very annoyed I am right now. Will avoid this post office from now on.
Should have been no stars! Lady on the phone was so rude to me, then hunged up, called again no answer, thanks for the horrible customer service.

Twice the same employee has displayed poor customer handling skills. First time I only required three postage stamps, he 'looked down his nose' at me and unnecessarily said 'is that all?' Second time when I was at the front of a queue, the employee having chatted for several minutes with a customer who appeared to be a mate closed the position. forcing me to join a different queue. He looks a presentable bloke but appearances can be deceptive.
The very big lady is rude to customers and does not want to work at all! She has a horrible work ethic and is always very negative. It reflects badly on the Edgware branch, making the post office look lazy and disorganised.
