Having used this PO previously as it's convenient, from today this is the last time I will use them. Having ignored their inability to even understand customer service thier human skills to interact are non existent. I will take my custom elsewhere and the sooner this post office is in other hands the better for their business and the community. Obnoxious man has no manners or civility and cannot function on any customer service level.
I have used this Post Office several times and the service really was rude and unkind. Once I checked the status of a parcel pickup and was told it was in this office and when I went to pick it up, it wasn't there. Wasted of too much time.. Also this is the same female staff member, when my wife forgot her mobile phone at this post office, when she went back to get it, this lady was trying to pick a metal accessory from her phone case. It is truly horrible..
The rudest staff I have seen. I wanted to send a parcel but need to buy a box to pack it first. I was asked to pay the box before and while I was paying for the box the man from post office closed the position in my face even though knowing I was going to use his service. Looking at previous reviews this post office should be shut down!
