After waiting 20 minutes in the que, no one answers and someone puts the phone down second time in the row. Extremely frustrating. Very poor e-mail communication as well, trying to request info regarding referring and cant get satisfactory info. Job well done.

Dreadful experience today waited over 4 hours with my elderly diabetic mother for a routine outpatients appointment. No where to get a hot drink or a snack.

This hospital staff welcomed me and treated me with the utmost empathy, kindness, and support. Although my stay was relatively short but I was inspired by every single person that I came in contact with.

I have been calling for 2 days now on the two numbers provided on the appointment letter and its either engaged or no answer. I got through once and was put on hold for 25 minutes. This is absurd and the worse customer service I have ever experienced. I need to make an enquiry and I can't actually get in tough with the hospital. Unbelievable!
