I have received exceptional service from this practice and they have dealt with my problem swiftly, thoroughly and sensitively. They are a very busy practice and they do a great job for most people and personally, I am very grateful to them.

What on earth gives the receptionist the right to decide if your an urgent appointment or not , Rude power hungry and absolutely no good staff you need to go past before you get to see a doctor, When you finally get someone answer the phone after 30 minutes its like they don't want to help you . Still waiting for a call back regarding my prescription 3 days ago I could be dead for all they know. MAYBE ITS TIME FOR ACTION

Can't get an appointment for 3 weeks. Care of the elderly is appalling. Used to have BP checks with doctor every 6 months. About 5 yrs ago, when made appt for a doctor told 'you're wasting my time - its now done by a nurse'. Instead of 6 months interval, it was changed to 12 months. Now its 'go and buy a BP monitor and do it yourself'. Same with problems with wax in my ears. I had to 'Go and buy drops and a syringe and do your own ears'. This can be very dangerous (my mother was a nurse). Never notified of shingles vaccine when I was 70, fortunately I have a friend of the same age. Refuse to give me correct flu vaccine - I have an allergy to eggs. If I complain to GP Council, I know I'll get struck off this practice.

Very unhappy here at the moment. I have been refused to have emergency appoiappoints because the receptionist doesn't seem to allow it even though last year I was taken straight in. I'm sure she isnt my doctor? K owing I have to book my appointments 48 hours in advance I walked in monday to book an appointment and was then told I have to call in and I can never get through to reception.!!!

all surgeries have problems some are very busy so its not the receptionist fault except if they get out of bed the wrong side .i think the should open there door and have club in the evening eg. youth meetings debates with doctors giving talks the dangers of taking drugs as an example. another is smoking is no good for your health.
