I suffer with horrible hay-fever all year round, I was liking for a good place to get a kenalog shot. I've now been going here for over a year. I Was sceptical about the hay-fever shot but the doctor explained everything very clear. The service is always quick, the staff are polite and professional, the location is great, I can park in the Intu and walk there. The only place I recommend for traveling shots and specially the hay-fever one that is life changing for me.

I was refused treatment today and have had rudeness since I arrived. It is very distressing. I would recommend this place at all! I certainly wouldn't be coming back at all!

Thoroughly dissatisfied with our experience at TravelDoc Watford. During the consultation they were very forceful, saying that we needed every single vaccine on Earth!! Having been to 2 other travel clinics already and having done a lot of research beforehand, it was clear that they left out a lot of important information such as probabilities of infection and other ways of protection. On top of this, in the consultation none of the prices of the vaccinations were ever specified which led us to believe they wanted to scam us by scaring us into signing up to as many vaccines as possible, then giving us a massive bill after we had been given them! One of our injections was the third in a course which was given to us in a completely different place to where we had been given the previous two (at a different clinic) and resulted in both of us getting large red rashes. We did not feel comfortable or happy with the customer service and will definitely not be going back. Apart from the fact we received the vaccine that we needed, there were no positives to our trip and I would recommend going to a different clinic.

My GP practice had run out of hep A I needed so I was pleased to find out this clinic was fully stocked. The doctor went through all the risks and I even got a free sterile kit. Would definitely recommend it as I got what I needed straight away.
