Visited their Watford branch in early June for the Hayfever Injection. During the consultation the doctor asked me what dose I want to have as my weight was on the limit of the lesser dose, I told him I was not sure, I decided to take the lower dose and was told that if it wore off and my symptoms returned then I could come back in 6-8 weeks and have the other half of the dose. This week my symptoms have returned so phoned to rebook for further dose. I was told by the same doctor that I would have to pay again. When I challenged him he said that he did not mean that I could have it at no cost and told me I should have read the small print on the form I signed. They should be ashamed of themselves. Bunch of money making crooks!!!!! STAY AWAY from these guys!!!!! They should be ashamed of themselves!!!!!! A very disappointed first and last time client.

Dr Nomy has been exceptional, he's so attentive, easy to express your concerns to, compassionate and understanding. Dr Nomy was the first private Dr we have seen and we are so glad we did because every appointment we have had with him has been so easy. It is very clear how well educated he is and how much passion he has for his career. Also the girl at the receptionist is so warm and welcoming! Thank you for your kindness and compassion, you have been wonderful x

Since when do doctors need to take blood test before prescribing medication for a cold, I was not even told what would be the best over the counter medication to help me. Worst of all Dr Nomy was expecting me to pay another 200 Pounds for the blood tests. I have happily found another Dr who has actually helped me and given me a script without having to do blood test.

Good doctor had a proper examination but £50 consultation and £795 for a RMI please ! such a scam!

I highly recommend Regent Street Clinic. I researched for 3 months to find the right place and I couldn't be more pleased with my results. If you are looking for a place to get your lips done, this is the place!
