I always find that speaking to someone helpful. I find the online system not helpful at all. I made a request a month ago about something else and no one got back to me. I called yesterday the receptionist advised me to go online to request a sick note. I called this morning and I was told that online system is not working and that I should have been advised of this. That concerns me. I have no issue with the surgery I don't think the online system if users friendly especially if an elderly person has to use it

I've never experienced problems getting an appt or a telephone call from the surgery. Always have been very helpful and understanding. I guess its give respect and get it back in return. Thankyou.

Most of the gps here are great however I have seen Dr Careful a few times and every time I have come away feeling like he has completely disregarded my problems. Today I visited after having severe flu symptoms for 6 days and the response I received was “oh great thanks for bringing that in” whilst wheeling as far away from me in his chair as possible. I understand flu symptoms are highly contagious however after 6 days of self medicating and no improvement I wanted to ensure it was nothing more serious. Generally I only go to the GP when I’m feeling extremely bad probably 2-3 times a year maximum. You come in to see your GP feeling unwell and expect some sort of care from them. All other GPs I have seen there seem as though they genuinely care about your problems. I will not be seeing dr careful again.

We joined the surgery in April, the girls on reception & Doctors have been kind professional & understanding to all our needs
