One of the ladies on the phone and in person is very rude and brings the rating of this Surgery down. The others try as best they can.

I needed to do an update review because I am still recieving the best care from The Consulting rooms after 29 years and especially from my GP Dr O'Mara who is great, she has helped me so much.
I appreciate having a good Doctors surgery local to my home and these hardworking GPs deserve a good review, they really care about their patients; so a big thank you to them.
Had to change my review the same still applys,Slow service every time we come here arrogant and rude staff and my girlfriend has been waiting over a week for a doctor to sign off her prescription bare in mind she has a chronic pain condition but still a week later no help and the prescription is still sat on the doctors desk joke of a doctor's avoid like Corona shocking service.only reason I gave a one star rating is because it won't let me post the review without one lol.
