I have been in this post office recently 3 times
to renew passports and driving license.
Luckily Harry served me every time.
Harry is very knowledgeable, professional and
friendly. Bearing in mind this post office is always busy, he was working on his own yesterday under a lot of pressure. Very
impressed with his patience.

Excellent service from 'Corrina' to renew my passport , very knowledgeable and friendly. Well done
Shockingly slow service. Been in the q for 20 mins already and still a dozen people in front. Only 2 cashiers open and q goes at least a full circuit round rhe store. Next time i will drive to somewhere eirh capacity
I use the Post Office in Bexleyheath almost daily and I usually have a very pleasant experience. Granted at peak times the queue is pretty long so I generally try to avoid the rush. As such I never usually wait more than 10 minutes to be served.
The staff are always friendly and eager to help, often in the face of impatience and disrespect from other customers.
On the whole I always have a positive experience when visiting. My thanks to all the staff for making it so.
