If i could give them no stars i would. I have just sent a formal complaint to the post office about this branch as like other reviews below i have the same infuriating service time and time again.. This morning they tried to overcharge me but after some protestation she finally admitted the correct first class cost is £3 not £8 as she originally stated.. They also lie about the size of a parcel to be able to charge you the higher fee. They are rude and dishonest just to up their own commission. I am assuming it is against policy to trick customers into paying higher prices, so please please please post office, re-train these dishonest shop owners.

The staff do not honestly process post and will overcharge for registered and recorded delivery. My envelopes were turned sideways to imply they would not fit a certain charging level until i protested. Then i witnessed an hilarious response 'sorry my English is not very good'. As i am sure you will witness its the intelligence and integrity that is lacking not language skills.

Always post my Australian cards and parcels from this post office. I find them friendly and efficient. I've never to my knowledge been overcharged.

This is my local post office, and every time without fail they overprice your parcel, lie about the size of it, and give you the most costly option without asking. After years of being ripped off, my family and I now travel the extra 10 minutes to Orpington to support a more honest and sincere service.
