And the issue with postie's still not ringing doors has followed my from my parents to my very own address. This isnt the first time either here. I'm awaiting a VERY important parcel and have been up since 7am waiting for it. At 1036 am apparently a delivery was attempted. Well it certainly was not. Because even if it was and I had missed it. My intercom would have displayed that we had missed a knock at the door. And nothing. No one has rang our intercom at all this morning. Cannot get hold of any one on the telephone. And I've just seen the sorting office is open for 4 hours.whats that about?? It has nothing to do with covid at all. It's just ROYAL MAIL being lazy and cutting op costs whilst claiming the rest of their staffs non worked hours through furlough!!!!

Where's my post... We had issues in initial lockdown, ok l accept that. Now I here from a internal source that dartford sorting office is working at 30% capacity, management dictate how many deliveries each road gets, there two deliveries a week if we are lucky. We pay a lot for a stinking service, if they can't cope seal up the letter boxes, don't take our money and play with our post. You are on thin ice because Royal Mail is dying on its feet.

Can the manager teach the drivers how to press bell？ never received one parcel from Darrford DO once with one delivery, how the f can you people miss 3 parcels in one day with 3 different delivery slots ?

So , apparently my parcel is delivered . I can assure you I have received absolutely nothing ! Contact number for the sorting office isn’t correct ‘ you have called an incorrect number ‘ I mean that’s far from helpful ! This place is an absolute joke .

Your new opening hours are ridiculous, inconvenient for most people. I know that we have to do social distancing and you only allow three people inside at a time but to reduce your service this much is extremely unhelpful and in fact will make the queue worse, a totally shortsighted solution.
