Omg that indian lady rude as hell telling I've been doing job for 30 year well scan the correct barcode and dont argue with me infront of people as it clearly say on parcel my brain hurts

The new staff are very friendly and helpful whether you spend a penny or a pound, as were the previous owners. Respect gains respect.

Horrible !!!! Extremely poor customer service and a very hostile post office man with white hair Behaviour gets worse each time today he went as far as complaining that I was making people wait because I didn’t want to send four of the items i was posting signed for ,it even gets worse he said he couldn’t read my hand writing and that I needed to learn English properly with his poor English(this is not the first time he needed glasses !!! I miss the old owners this man acts like he hates life and is being forced to sit there my flat mates also had a terrible experiences with him . I will never use their service again such a pity. And I Wish I could have given them 0 star .

I miss the previous owners. The new management are unhelpful & racially profile their customers. I required help but instead of assisting me the larger gentleman was just following me around. I love supporting small businesses & I have been going to this post office since I was a child. Will never go back here. It’s dark, dingy & they provide bad customer service. Would give 0 stars if I could.
