The lady that served me was so rude. I was met with aggression and a raised voice after asking a simple question that did not need such spite from the woman serving me. I will not be going here again

Level of repeated aggression from one member of counter staff absolutely unbelievable. They appear not to understand that some countries do not have post codes and English is not the only language used world wide even after one has explained that to them repeatedly? I don't understand how anyone this rude is still employed in Customer service.

Queued for half an hour to get passport checked and sent ,when I got to the window the assistant just pushed the paperwork back at me and said the photos are no good despite them being taken in a booth especially for passport quality and being accepted when renewing my driving licence. Very offhand and graceless. went home and did it online no problem. will avoid in future.

Useless staff. They don't bother helping with post services and keep sending people to the self service. My parcel gone missing and no one bothered to check if has been returned.

would have been 5 stars as counter staff were lovely i was encouraged to use self service, i had loads of packages which i did but didnt have my glasses with me....i needed help in matching up the small print on the stickers...person there. gave the impression she didnt give a sxxt. she wasnt that helpful. prefering instead to talk to colleagues. well next time i will go to the counter.
