Used tracking app said my parcel was delivered on the 15/5/2020. 12.49pm nobody buzzed the intercom, everyone was home and no parcel, had some letters put through letterbox. Have tried ringing straight to autosevice which does not help.

The Staff are friendly and helpful they also have a very hard time dealing with the problems of some of which I have seen many times before. Well done keep up the good work.

Somehow missed my initial delivery even though I was home. Was left a Something for You card, so had it scheduled for redelivery for 2 days later. Took the day off work just waiting for my parcel to arrive. Been waiting all day and still nothing. What a waste of time! What’s the point of having the option to arrange redelivery by a certain date if they don’t actually show up on that date? Tried to go pick it up from the post office and they said it’s marked for redelivery so they don’t have it. Well, where’s my parcel gone? Unacceptable!

The delivery office staff work so hard. Even more so this time of year. The amount of parcels they are dealing with amazes me. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Only one server and esp this time if year can get busy... 3 times I've had items sent here, for various reasons (one I'd swear was sent here direct or postman didn't bother delivering). However i've never had any problem with the service here. Just remember to bring id/ bank card.
