What are these 1 star people talking about; the staffs are nice, friendly, and are courteously. I have been here many times and all I got was good old fashion Customer Service, (which some people don’t understand) well done!! Keep up the good work.
I love this post office. The people who work here are friendly and warm and always have a smile for you. It cheers me up going in there! Just how a post office should be really. Thank you lovely people!
The ladies are nice but the guys so rude! Especially the one who always stands at the last window on the right (by the currency window). Constantly talks to other members of the staff, completely ignores what the customers say to him. Not to mention he doesn’t even wear a face mask during the pandemic! Incredibly rude.
I love this post office, they are always helpful, friendly and polite to me even when they are really busy. They always give me the best advice on how to post my mail. 5 stars!
Very friendly staff, always willing to help. sometimes I travel all the way from Thamesmead just use their services.
