Unbelievable level of care. My wife was flown there from Wales to have life saving surgery. They saved her life. Then the care she received was amazing! Every single person That played a part in her care were really the height of excellence. In particular the nursing staff on ICU. Can never thank them enough. I think it was called the Horsley ward.

Thank you for the care and support given to me while l was with you having had emergency brain aneurism surgery. I have to come back for a second op but I’m not worried about it at all. Thank you so much. X

Terrible outpatient care - my GP made an urgent referral due to my severe symptoms of neuropathy and dizziness, and they downgraded my appointment without even giving a reason. My doctor sent a total of two letters to expedite the process, both of which were disregarded. The only formal contact I have had with the walton centre is the acknowledgement of my formal complaint - the rest is nothing more than Chinese whispers and a potential 18+ week wait suffering from terrible symptoms. I have been off work for 4 months which is still dragging on because the NHS still hasn't got to the bottom of what's causing the symptoms.

Iv worked here many years ago so know how hard the staff here work. Exceptional high standard service is always guaranteed. Keep up the fantastic work.

Been coming here for 5 yrs under spinal team and recently neuro team ( brain) I’m in here at the moment since 22 sept to have paddle stimulater insertion The team are fabulous from every aspect My uttermost respect to everyone one Caton ward To Mark from pain management To Deepti Bhargava my surgeon Not forgetting my previous pain management consultant Dr Sharma The ancillary You are treated with utmost respect , privacy No wonder this hospital has an excellence Thank you The Walton Centre 👍Just been reading some reviews and Mrs M or W you say you never want to go to this hospital again One day you may need this great place and Junno what I hope you don’t get to go there They are not rude They are the most respectful prof festoon all people treat you with honor and dignity Thank you to all on Caton Especially Beth and Janet
