As an individual who suffers serious anxiety, ringing up to discuss this over the phone is not an easy task at the best of times. However, the telephone manner of the people at this surgery is nothing short of disgusting. The attitude of these people as if you are disturbing their day is absolutely atrotious! If answering phones to struggling patience is to much for you I'm sure there are individuals out there with a bit more compassion who would be better suited to the role! When you actually speak to a doctor they can be very helpful compared to other practices. This disgusting phone manner however needs to be addressed. It would seem I'm not alone looking at other reviews. In a time when the world is uncertain and extremely stressful, being spoken to in this tone is shocking and totally uncalled for!

I have nothing but praise for this practice. Staff have always bent over backwards to help. Love the option of a telephone consultation as it has saved me hours of time. First class

this surgery is making a mess of me because of my previous rating. Whenever I've asked to see a GP, they never had an appointment for me, just a TELEPHONE consultation. This is mad, because it means that I am diagnosing myself, therefore no help whatsoever to sit by the phone so that a GP calls asking trivial questions. Now as they are unhappy with my review, they are making fun of me calling to chat every other day. I think this is extremely unprofessional and ignorant. I have never received such a bad service of any other Medical Centre for the last 10 years

Cannot get through on phone lines. Almost impossible to see a doctor in person and to even get a telephone consultation, you have to tell the receptionist even the most personal of problems.

Firstly, its CENTRE, CENTRE, CENTRE! My only complaint is that on one phone call to the practice the receptionist couldnt grasp that while I was having a panic attack that I was trying to catch my breath, and was more intent on hurrying me along. I found that rather unfeeling and a little ignorant of my condition.
