I can't thank Tom enough for saving my family from having no heating or hot water. Having a young child in house we were desperate. Thank you you to the boys who installed the boiler. Fantastic job. Again Tom we will forever be in your debt 👍
Attempted to use Towy valley for both boiler and loft insulation. Boiler insulation was great, sadly the men caused a leak during their installation, however, they came back the following day to repair. 4 attempts at loft insulation; every reason given for failing to show on the days, double booked, van broke down then just nothing, even the office stopped answering the phone. Very very unprofessional and unreliable. I would have preferred a more honest approach of sorry we are very busy or a date in January. Failing to respond just leaves you as the customer feeling frustrated and annoyed. As much as I am happy with the boiler installation, I would not use this company again, there are so many other companies out there - in future I would shop around a bit more first. The other point to keep in mind is Towy commission out their work to other companies, so even if you think the other reviews balance this one out - and you go ahead and use them, chances are they will send a different company anyway. Shop around is my advice.
Despite several unaswered calls and messages left, no-one ever called me back. So very disappointing.
Towy Valley Heating recently conducted work at my property and I can honestly say that my experience with them throughout the whole process has been nothing short of professional and efficient. Tom and his colleagues were all polite and the work was all carried out perfectly leaving behind no mess. Look no further than Towy Valley Heating.
We were without hot water for 3 weeks with a 2 year old child because we were applying for a ECO3 grant to have our boiler replaced for once it wasn't the government that delayed things it was Towy Valley Heating. We were dealing with Tom who decided the best course of action when it came to checking our eligibility was to never get back to us and completely ignore my calls and messages. If you ever need to deal with this company just don't waste your time, find a professional.
