Receptionist are so rude, have no people skills and awful attitude. I booked a telephone phone call appointment ( 2 weeks ahead), ok Dr called 40 minutes past booked time I understand they can't always run to time, I called surgery as Dr said on voicemail only to be told that apparently these telephone appointments aren't real!! If this is the case it should state Dr call back between 9-12 not giving a specific time. I'm in a job where I can't have my phone on me so seems a pointless system. Shame Dr's are nice, Receptionist are awful🤷‍♀️

“Call back after 2pm to check appointment availability” Called back at 2pm, it’s currently 2:27pm and I’m still waiting for someone to answer the phone. What’s the point in hiring an excessive amount of receptionists if not one of them has the capabilities to answer a phone. I understand they might be busy, but within half an hour you’d expect them to have one spare minute to answer the phone and allow me to book an appointment but no. If you’re looking for a surgery... this is not the one. Look elsewhere.

Some of the staff are very rude and very nice I have been with the same surgery from 1960s in the last 10years it lost its image. The staff has to go back training school

I have never really had any issues with this surgery. I have seen 5 different GPs here and with the exception of 2, who made me feel rushed and as if they couldn't be bothered, the care has been brilliant. I have high BP and have had very good care, especially during and after my pregnancy. My daughter has also had good care. She was sick a few weeks ago and the gp did follow up calls to check on her progress. I admit that the phones take long to be answered at times and there are a couple rude receptionists, however I dont think it fair to let the minority cloud my judgement of the good care that I've received. There is a receptionist with an american accent, she is very polite and always addresses people with 'sir' or 'ma'am'. Very nice lady.
