1. Every time I call the line is “busy” even when I ring at 8am. 2. Some doctors will search your symptoms on google to get an answer ??!!! 3. I have never had an appointment that has been on time , they are always running late.

Just want to say a huge thank you the receptionist Al who helped me out with an appointment when I needed most. In the last 3 days the other receptionists they didn't seem very willing to help, Al managed the situation today in a very helpful and professional way, I really felt that he tried to help me and that is what I appreciate most. Thank you again and the practice needs more people like you.

Useless surgery! Impossible to book any appointment. Careless doctor. Came for them to check on my child who fainted at school for 40 minutes and vomiting as well. No one could check on her. Disgusting. Not the first time. Going to register in another surgery.

very very average. Dont answer the phone, calls cut off when you finally get through. Scheduled appointment for my wife with a Doctor who wasnt on duty and then left her sitting in the waiting area for two hours. Doctor then didnt even have the basic courtesy to apologies to her when finally seen, said not my fault speak to Practice Manager.

This medical centre needs to be investigated by the relevant medical board. Insufficient staff to field incoming calls , was on the phone this morning at 8am exactly (opening time) and was cut off after 10 minutes of being on hold ... this is the third time this has happened. Sub standard and unsympathetic support staff, missed referrals , call backs etc . The list of failures goes on and on. On one occasion I had booked a double appointment with my GP due to two health issues , the GP ushered me out of the room after I articulated the first one and refused to hear my second health issue until I mentioned I had a double appointment ! Avoid at all costs .
