Today is 2nd November 2020 we are at the end of 2020 nearly, during Coronavirus pandemic you would think that will have more than one staff as the queue stretches to the entrance absolutely poor service when comes to the speed of service. The only good thing about the post office location is that it's open 7 days a week, but other than that there is nothing positive about this post office.

Very rude staff . They act like they own the place . No measure for customer service nor a friendly smile .

Staff waste a lot of time in extended chat with customers and with each other while a large queue is waiting. Also they don't check the sizes of parcels properly and try to charge the most expensive option when cheaper ones are available. I'm glad I weighed and price checked parcels before I went.

I am really grateful that this post office is open 7 days a week and until 8pm in the evenings during the week. It makes life so much easier if you are working and have to post parcels or sort out other matters. The staff are always polite and helpful. Some days are busier than others, but at the weekend it can be quieter and the best thing is you can do your shopping while you are at it. It's not the most fun job so I am just glad they are there.

Want to get a international license before UK leaves EU.. advised by the advisor that this is fake news and to come back in 2 weeks from today.. no recommendation on where to go just can't help you and next please.. Poor service from a post office which should offer accurate advise
