I visited there this afternoon. I found the staff really helpful, efficient and polite as usual. I have been a regular customer for the last 20 yrs.

Very Slow. Often a queue and staff are never in a rush to reduce that queue. Often there is only one member of staff working.

They didn’t bother the long queue waiting outside,only one out of three counters manned.

Like another comment on here.. 3 people behind the tills but only 1 person serving, yet a very long queue (experienced this a few times) I don’t understand it but haven’t questioned why yet. I’ve lived in Pitshanger all my life and there has always been a queue so it’s normal on the weekends. It’s a shame that this is the only Post Office on Pitshanger Lane!
