Utterly miserable and rude staff. I have used this Post Office many times and every single time their employees (ALL of them!) are hateful and rude and lack any patience to help you with what you need to send. And god forbid you ask a question. The last time I went in all I wanted to do was buy stamps for Christmas cards that are going to multiple countries and it was the worst of the many bad experiences I've had at this location. I'd rather travel further away than have to interact with this staff again.

Worst customer service. I was waiting in the queue for 20 minutes when the manager came to say that they are closing earlier than the opening hours on the Internet shows (at 17.00) He could come al least 15 min before to say that. And behind me there was a huge queue. Everybody has got their own stuff to do.

Staff was very rude for no reason. They were unkind and just said things without giving it much thought. I sure hope that my experience is an exception and that I caught them on a bad day.

Like many reviews here: terrible experience with staff yelling at customers and refusing to help. One lady kept counting money and yelling from behind the glass while the queue increased fast. A bunch of incompetent and rude people that do not deserve to work there.

The worst post office ever, terrible customer services. The staff don't understand customer needs. They have a bad mood, bad body language never smile or greet. Always when I go there I feel like I'm asking a strange person for a favour. Today I witnessed the clerk yelling at two people who kindly asked for information. Very oppressing, it has always been like that. Those workers should be replaced with fresh young ones.
