My daughter went into the post office today at 2.30pm to purchase gas and electricity and was told she couldn’t because they had closed down the machine and they were closing at 4pm early the attitude of the member of staff was totally disgusting he even had the cheek to tell her she should organise herself better. Both myself and my Daughter are classed as vulnerable and leaving an hour and half to purchase the gas and electricity is thought to be disorganised can somebody tell me is this being disorganised!!!!!!
Have to agree staff is very chatty with each other. Makes you feel like a third wheel there
If i could give this place zero stars I would!! Its always closed!!! No matter what time of day, what day of the week they will just shut the door at random times and put a obscure hand written note on the door to say its closed. I have to call everytime i need the post office just to make sure its open...and guess what? 90% of the time its not. The staff are very rude when u go in as well. A terrible post office
Considering that banks are basically never open when you need them to, it's really disappointing to see they followed suit 25 minutes until closing time and the door is already shut.
Rude and slow staff, they rather have a chat between themselves than serve. Closes early with no notice. Been a few times at 3 in afternoon when website says open and its closed. Electricity meter never works cant top up there.
