The counter attendants are extremely rude, they have no respect for people, they have a hostile attitude towards customers, it's really a shame! They should take an intensive course in good manners! Not to mention the queue, I had to wait over 45 minutes to ship 2 packages !! NEVER AGAIN HERE!

WORST POST OFFICE EVER, IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD GIVE IT, TO AVOID AT ALL COSTS, THE EMPLOYEES AT THE COUNTER ARE VERY SLOW AND VERY RUDE, THEY HAVE A BAD BEHAVIOR TOWARDS THE CUSTOMERS, THE STAFF IS TRULY A POOR ONLY 1 AND 50 PEOPLE IN QUEUE, IF YOU HURRY BETTER GO ELSEWHERE! NOT RECOMMENDED !!

I just spent 45 mins queuing only to find out that the branch is not able to print QR code labels. There is no mention of this anywhere in/outside the branch so all that time queuing was wasted. The customer service in there is absolutely shocking. There are two awful female staff behind the counter (one skinny spotty girl and one overweight woman). Never met such rude staff in my life. I was told to go to Snappy snaps across the road or to an 'internet cafe' to print this Royal Mail label. It's 2021! The branch is also extremely messy, you are forced to queue outside and inside. The self service check outs are not in use which is adding to the long wait times and they are operating restricted hours. I am fuming right now. Management needs to sort this out. 1 star is too generous.

Great little post office. Much better than the one that has closed down on South Ealing Rd. Rarely have to queue for too long and staff are helpful (if busy). There is a café and a great selection of cards too.

The most shambolic place ever. I am wondering how on earth the workers here be so blaze, relaxed and work in slow motion while the queue is building up to a km long in and out of the store.
