Good social distancing in place. Everyone in queue was respectful of others and wore masks. Service was friendly and speedy

Seems like Brexiteers' stronghold. Manager is a very nice person but an older man who usually serves &handles queries at the counter is the most unfriendly &moody geezer in England. The attitude sort of " what do you want, mate, you are interrupting me break" is almost written on his face. Some staff & postmen I have dealt with were quite decent and helpful ( usually the Xmas xtras or the ones doing holiday cover) but the one that serves our street (with St.George's flag on his caddy) is so unhelpful and conceited. Sheer arrogance. Use the Walpole Pk one when I can for any Amazon returns. Completely different world.

To the manager of the Delivery Office in West Ealing W13 0HY: Horrible are the circumstances that we have been through for 2/3 years for not receiving letters, every 1, 2 or 3 months, all strictly confidential from different UK government institutions, Banks, HM Revenue Customs, Councils, etc ... ALL IMPORTANT AND PRIVATE LETTERS WITH CONFIDENTIAL DATA. The fact that they are so many different letters and documents sent from different Institutions and different addresses, SUFFICIENTLY PROVES that they are not lost along the way, but that when they arrive at the depot of our Post office, these documents and letters 'DISAPPEAR IN SOMEONE´S HANDS ' because only these strictly private letters are 'lost' (and their envelopes indicates clearly where they came from). In the last short period of three months, as always, we have had to call Royal Mail 4 times to make complaints about important letters ... VERY SERIOUS: The last two letters sent by HM Revenue and Customs (confirmed by themselves) containing an important Certificate on which my husband's Pension totally depends, (if he does not receive this Certificate, THE FULL PENSION WILL BE LOST FROM THIS MONTH ONWARD) were sent on March 20, 2010 and April 1st. The first one sent on 20-03-2020, at the present date, HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED (?). HM Revenue and Customs sent us another Certificate on 01-04-20 ... if we do not receive it, it could be considered a 'financial crime' against my husband's Pension rights because he did not receive such important documents through our Post office and its postmen. ABOUT A CERTAIN POSTMAN: For some time now they changed a postman through which we also had problems with the letters in the past, .... then, for a time we had a postman who did his job well, but now again, and since last year we have another postman who DOES NOT DO HIS JOB RESPONSIBLY: * Through this postman we DO NOT receive these private and important letters and documents. * About this same postman, we were able to witness on 10-01-2020, how a woman neighbour in front of our house, came out calling him because he had introduced 4 letters in her post box that were not for her, but for 3 other different neighbours .... the postman did not listen to her, because he always wears headphones to NOT HEAR anyone * This same postman DOES NOT ATTEND to our request to speak with him, ever!!. Lacks empathy, education and professionalism. And the only time last year, when we questioned him about the 'loss' of so many important letters, he got nervous and didn't want to talk about it (?) ... WE FOUND this postman's behaviour VERY MUCH SUSPICIOUS...and his body language, which does not give any confidence at all. * Yesterday, 04-04-20, we waited two hours for this same postman to arrive at our house, in order to talk to him about this important Certificate that HM Revenue and Customs sent us on 03-20-2020, ... when the postman arrived at our front door, we required his attention, but him still being inside our front yard of the house, HE DIDN'T PAY ANY ATTENTION TO US, he did as if he did not hear to our continuous and loud calls, ... then, after some minutes, another neighbour of our street also left her house to question or say something to him and the only thing this postman did was a gesture with his arm and then left without paying any attention to the lady. THE FACT THAT SO MANY LETTERS: FINANCIAL, BANKING, GOVERNMENTAL, PENSIONS, WITH INFORMATION AND CONFIDENTIAL DATA ALL OF THEM, sent from different addresses, are not received at our address, DEMONSTRATES BY ITSELF THAT THERE IS A CORRUPT HAND BETWEEN OUR POST OFFICE DEPOT AND SOME POSTMAN WHO DELIVERS IN OUR ADDRESS. THE NEXT STEP ... SHOULD IT BE THE REPORTING OF THIS VERY SERIOUS ISSUE TO THE PRESS AND THE POLICE?...BECAUSE IT IS GOING TO BRING US ALREADY A FINANCIAL CONFLICT TO OUR LIVES. F. M.
