Slow, lazy, inefficient, feels like they have no idea what they're doing and they have no place being there.
I recently had the most disgusting experience with Wealdstone post office. They gave me bad advise and on top they stood their and talked about how it's my fault that they apparently gave me information so I can make an informed decision.
The they stood their and discussed it like I can't see or hear them (like I am deaf and blind). Its disgusting. Their customer service is soo bad, never have I seen such behaviour.
Robbed me
Gave me the worst misguided advise, I got told its my fault between them and royal mail they lost my product. Just such disgusting behavior and customer service so so disgusting
Staff are unprofessional and unsupportive. They seem not to place much importance on customers, but rather are self-indulgant and busy chatting to each other, instead of assisting customers.
Slow service - staff always absent from their tills doing something other than serving customers.
