I had to send 2 items to America and a little unsure how to do it. Fortunately the guy behind the counter was able to help me and I saved money by combining both items in one envelope. A positive experience!
Rude woman who clearly needs training in customer service and manners in general. Rather than telling me that they don't print labels, (which they have in previous instances that I've been there), she patronisingly told me "You have to print label yourself, yeah?" before proceeding to talk to the next customer. Will definitely not be returning to this post office again and unless you wish to be spoken to in such a rude manner, I suggest you avoid this place at all costs.
Extremely horrible staff who are so unhelpful and not at all willing to be in the slightest bit efficient!
Best post office I’ve used because of both the opening hours and the customer service I receive.
The gentleman that works in the shop always greets you with a smile and has a nice conversation with you.
The shop itself is always filled with various goods and packing materials too.
They even allow postage on a Sunday :)
Tharan in post office Acton horn lane is a lovely guy, very helpful and always cares about his customers. Will always be coming to this branch for his enthusiasm and easy and quick service
