SCAMMERS. Avoid at all cost. They always seem to have issues with prepaid postage items. Either the label you've printed is no good and they want you to buy postage from them which costs way more, or they make snide remarks about the cost you paid from online to post your parcel. Today, they ripped off my partner. I paid £10.91 for postage on a 2.5kg parcel. They claim the label was no good and charged £11 and the weight shown on receipt is 2kg. Terrible. Go to the Vivienne Avenue location instead. They might be rude sometimes but at least they've never ripped me off. Will definitely be complaining to Royal Mail.

Terrible experience ! Read reviews and avoid at all costs ! Thank God I’ve looked at the reviews before going there to post a small parcel with Next Day Delivery (which is £4.05 on Royal Mail website). The guy behind the counter wanted to charge me £11.50 . I politely told him that it’s nearly 3x more than the price on the website and that the reviews actually make sense when he raised his voice and told me that they’re “separate” from Royal Mail and that the reviews are lies. I just grabbed my parcel and walked out . I will be contacting Royal Mail to make a complaint. Complete rip-off.

The guy who works behind the counter was rude! He entered the address incorrectly on my parcel and then when I asked him to change he was just plain nasty, he finally changed it, but it was incorrect again, it was the final straw I asked him one last time to change it and do it correctly and he just shouted at me in front of all of the other customers! A rude and nasty human being and terrible service!!!! ALSO THEY LIE TO CUSTOMERS AND SAY THAT THERE’S A £3 MINIMUM CARD CHARGE! IT’S A LIE!!!! DON’T FALL FOR IT!!!! THEY’RE JUST TRYING TO CON YOU OUT OF EXTRA MONEY! DON’T BE SCAMMED!
