Always pleasant staff. Very helpful and very efficient. The men by the front of the shop are the opposite - told me to close the door, which is fair enough, but had some attitude when he said so.

Friendly service. I just wished they enforced customers to observe social distance more, for everyone's safety. It was too crowded when I went in.

Post office staff friendly and helpful, but the guy at the front counter was rude to a customer when she said he should be wearing a mask. His said that masks are there to protect the wearer, and that she should mind her own business. He's totally wrong - it has been proven in scientific studies that masks protect OTHERS and not the wearer. I don't know what random Facebook post he got his information from, but genuine scientific studies and papers have shown over and over again that masks capture large droplets before they have a chance to infect other people when they disperse into smaller droplets in the air after sneezing, coughing, breathing etc. If you breathe/cough etc with no mask, within a few feet the droplets disperse (and become smaller) and can then penetrate through masks and infect others. Why is the world so full of people that refuse to accept they don't know everything, and choose to learn and re-educate themselves? If you're reading this, all I ask is that you take just two minutes out of your day to read up the science (credited science, not rumours and advise from unqualified family and friends) and better yourself. People wear masks to protect you, not themselves - make the world a better place.

Will go out of their way to charge extra for delivery I asked for a parcel to be posted cheapest and was quoted £8 I asked how much more for cheapest tracking and they said £24, I declined, they then introduced one for £20 I declined... One worked said something to the other and then said £18 via parcel force, I declined, then 12.20 via parcel force. Having lost all trust I again declined. Then they pushed using a signed for service saying it was £9 ("just one pound more") I agreed and paid but when issued a receipt I saw it had been £9.99. I queried this and was told "whats 99p for the extra cover you get?" Outrageous service. Sales over service.
