Old man Mr Grumpy is just most unwelcoming person in the whole Harrow.
Other employees are fine, but since they put this guy to work on the first till which gives him opportunity to yell at you if you enter post office, it’s just ruins all experience. Surely a company like Royal Mail, could start to hire people who are more enthusiastic and need a job.
Terrible service. The guys running it seem to think they are doing you a favour if they serve you or deal with your requests. Real shame as the previous owners were lovely.
The young man was lovely.. I can see he is more patient than other staff. BUT All the time The old man was really rude, bad communication, so un polite and unprofessional! I’m not sure why did they even get a job? If they Can’t work..let someone else do the job then not just being there grumpy or act like their life were really upset all the time. If you can’t do ur job please go home and enjoy ur tea and stop being there upset other peoples!
My mother who is partially sighted and uses a white cane has gone in and a staff member was extremely rude to her. Pure ignorance and disrespect!
They've lost my package from Amazon twice now. Do not use this post office if you can help it. Go somewhere else.
