Mayur served me as I walked into the post office this morning. A lovely greeting and assisted me throughout my transaction with him. Very patient and went the extra mile to even work through my stamps with me. Such a pleasure to not be rushed during this stressful time. Great service

Brilliant service from Mr Hitesh !!! A very lovely person, kind and very helpful. Always smiling and has an amazing approach to a customer. Always answer any questions in a very kind manner and has got a knowledge about all services what Royal Mail provides. I love coming to this Post Office in Willesden Green and it is my favourite one in the whole London city. Thank you so much :)

Expecially Hitesh who had a very patient With me, has been very kind and sweet! 5star for this post office because even in this difficult time they always try to find a bit of sunshine! Well done!
