The worst Post Office I've been too. They charged me £2.30 extra for a parcel that usually costs me less. When I explained that to them they responded in a rude manner. Won't be returning. Edit: funny you say it was one inch. I went home and measures myself. And low and behold it was fine. If you don't believe me, your neighbors at harrow on the hill accepted my parcel with no issue and I have the reciept to proove it.

Waste of time. Staff dont know what they are doing. All they do is look for reasons not to serve you. Go to headstone in long elms. Staff there can't do enough to help.

really terrible place - no service and no manners towards the customers. this place is a total disgrace. they take A LOT of MONEY but they dont treat the customers with any respect. Also they shut down totally during the virus - leaving north harrow without a post office. totally disgusting people who dont like working.

I would give zero stars. This post office said they didn't have my parcel, after two wasted trips. They kept telling me to come back the next day. Each time I had to queue for quite some time. They said they didn't even have the parcel on their system, although I had the confirmation email and reference number from Royal Mail that it had already definitely been delivered to the North Harrow post office. They told me to call Royal Mail and were really rude, saying they couldn't help. I asked them to look again because I didn't really have time to call Royal Mail. They were reluctant but looked again and found the parcel. If I hadn't insisted they look again they would have sent me on a wild goose chase after 2 wasted trips. To top it all, the staff were extremely rude, even though it was me who had been inconvenienced. When I asked what their complaints procedure was - the woman at the counter said that there wasn't one. Needless to say I won't be using them again. There are other local post offices that offer a polite and efficient service. I've lived in Harrow for decades and never had this type of unpleasant experience at a post office before.
